We have just started this blog to post interesting information about us. We have decided to start with our house in Almería. We are interested in exchanging our property for Summer or Easter breaks.

The four-star hotel and golf course

. The hotel is open to residents of the different developments within the golf resort Valle del Este.

Vera, the nearest village

An overview of the village, beach and harbour. There is another important moorish village " Mojacar " very well known by British. It is fifteen minute drive.

The gardens

The main swimming pool

This pool is in the lower part of the gardens. The access to it from our house is through the porch, just 20 metres.

The kitchen

The kitchen is open plan to the dining place. It is very convenient for meal a rrangements .

The bathroom with natural sunlight

The bathroom has a shower. There is a half bathroom downstairs.

The master bedroom overlooking the gardens

The room has a built-in wardrobe and it is next to the bathroom.

The children´s bedroom

It is on a different floor ( level ) from the master bedroom. It has a built-in wardrobe.

Entrance to the house

The house is built in split levels to keep it cooler in the Summer months.
The lounge is down, the kitcken on the right, and the bedrooms upstairs.

Main access to the Development "Palmera Golf"

This is the main entrance leading to the development. It is just opposite the four-star hotel.
